Raising Awareness About Brain Tumours
This book tells the story of a child with a brain tumour. It is told from the perspective of her father.
The story that unfolds is not an easy read because serious childhood diseases are a difficult subject. However, it is a story that must be told. Because the stark fact is that, unfortunately, the drama that unfolds within these pages can be told by many families. Yet, there is a lack of funding for brain tumour research and, therefore, mainstream medicine has limited options for children suffering from the disease. Quite simply, that must change. Our youngsters deserve better. It can only change by raising awareness that brain tumours are a prevalent cancer killer of children around the world. So I hope you persevere and read on.
